FAQ

 

  • Can I edit my meal or grocery kit order?

    • At this time we can not customize our weekly pantry or produce orders.

  

  • When can I place my order?

    • You may place orders until 3:00 p.m. on the Wednesday before your Friday Pickup each week.

    • Ordering will be disabled Wednesday, 3:01 p.m. until Friday 6:00 p.m. while orders are being processed.

  • When/where do I pick up my bag?

    • Curbside pick-up is available between 12-3 p.m. and 3-6 p.m. on Friday at Cookhouse located at 720 E. Mistletoe Ave, San Antonio, TX 78212.

    • Please call or text 210.360.0886 with your name and vehicle information when you arrive at the curbside pick-up location.

    • In order to cut down on contact, please open your trunk upon arrival.  Our team member will place your order directly in your vehicle once this is done.

 

  • What are the delivery times and fees?

    • Delivery is available between 2-6 p.m. on Friday.​

    • Our driver will text you when your order is picked up from Cookhouse and he/she is en route.

    • To keep customers and team healthy, all deliveries are 100% contactless. You will receive a text message letting you know we have delivered your order to your doorstep.

    • We have a flat fee of $10 for delivery anywhere in San Antonio.

  • What happens if I can’t pick up my order?

    • If you can not make it to pick-up during your scheduled time, please send an email to Brittany@whereyatsa.com or text 210.360.0886 with your name, order, and when you will be able to pick-up.  

    • The cutoff pick-up time for orders is Saturday at 6 p.m.

    • Any products left behind after Saturday at 6 p.m. will be donated to a service industry worker who has lost their job due to the current economic crisis.
